Hello! You’re so sweet to wanna learn about me.
First of all - I hope you’re pronouncing the title “Hotel-ee-ay”, not “Hotel-ee-ur”. I meant it to sound a certain way. Sorta vain, but whatevs.
When I was growing up, I didn’t dream of a hotelier life. I wanted to be everything from a vet to a princess to a fireman and also all of them at the same time. My family was always traveling, most often to Walt Disney World, and I picked up a love from there. The bright lights of Broadway are what made me move to New York City, and the tourists of the theatres instilled a love of guest service that drives what I do today.
